Commitment To Excellence
Anadi rose at 6am this morning as he had a 7.30am meeting near Gatwick... I didn't stir much, until he walked into the bedroom and turned the light on...!
He had got lost in our huge suite, and thought he was walking into the living room, but it still didn't really disturb me and I went back to sleep until 8 o clock....
This rather late 'get up' put me under a degree of time pressure to get into the fitness room, run some intervals on the treadmill, and then get to breakfast before they stopped serving at 9.30!
But I did it....
My session on the treadmill went well too... I enjoyed it and was able to run at slightly faster paces than before; but then the running continued as I raced down to the dining room, arriving on the dot of 9.30...
Liam our lovely breakfast waiter, was calm and reassuring, when I asked if breakfast was still available... 'Of course anything for you my lovely' he said, as he poured me orange juice and then brought coffee and scrambled eggs....
I have spent all day long with my clients... I have loved every minute.
I enjoy my work very much... I have always been aware that it arises from 'healer heal thyself'... My orientation of investigation and self healing has been lifelong, and I believe it has meant people have seen or sensed something within my energy field that communicates I can help them find out how to heal themselves....
Athena Jane arrived at 2.30pm, and she and I decided to sit in the Coat of Arms room to begin our time of exploration; she said she had been looking forward to a cappuccino so we ordered our coffees from Jade....
They were perfect, mine a strong double shot, Jane's more milky... We were very specific to Jade about our preferences!
It was only after we had drunk them, that she told us, that she is new to her role, and that they were the first cappuccinos she had ever made....
She pulled out pieces of paper from her pocket with notes on how to make the perfect latte, the correct measures for the cappuccinos...
She was delighted by our pleasure in our coffees.
'That means a lot' she said...
And her commitment to excellence meant a lot to us....
